About the opportunity:

The Product Team is looking for a Technical Content Writer with a passion for creating content that describes our product's features and benefits. As a Technical Writer, you will play a vital role in creating comprehensive and user-friendly documentation for our products and services.

What you will do:

Become an expert in Zota’s products in order to write high-quality documentation to describe our products and services

Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and sometimes QA, Marketing, and Customer Support teams

Research current available internal documentation

Maintain the core product knowledge base

Experience the products and documentation from the standpoint of our client's developers

Assist other teams in helping create user guides and onboarding content

Fluency in English (speaking and writing)

Experience with technical software writing

Excellent spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills

Ability to work accurately, quickly, and with attention to detail

Open-minded and able to think creatively

Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines

Willingness to work both independently and as a team member

Familiarity with the payment industry - advantage
