Requirements:

The role:

You will own and scale our global performance marketing strategy across paid acquisition channels, driving pipeline generation, customer acquisition, self-serve signups, enterprise demand generation, and ABM performance. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team and partner closely with Sales, SDRs, Marketing Operations, Content, and Design teams to deliver measurable business impact through data-driven marketing programs.

The day-to-day:

Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Microsoft Ads, and other relevant channels.
Manage media budgets and investment allocation to maximize pipeline, revenue, customer acquisition, and return on ad spend.
Build and execute full-funnel acquisition programs that drive awareness, demand generation, enterprise opportunities, and self-serve growth.
Develop audience targeting strategies using first-party data, ABM account lists, intent signals, and lookalike audiences.
Partner with Sales, SDRs, Content, Design, and Marketing Operations teams to launch and optimize integrated campaigns.
Lead experimentation across ads, creatives, landing pages, offers, and conversion paths through structured A/B testing.
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights, reporting on CPL, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, CAC, ROAS, and revenue impact.

Ideally, we’re looking for:

4+ years of hands-on experience managing B2B SaaS performance marketing programs across Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
Strong understanding of demand generation, pipeline creation, enterprise marketing, and customer acquisition strategies.
Experience working with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure, optimize, and report on marketing performance.
Proven ability to manage significant media budgets and optimize campaigns for business outcomes, not just lead volume.
Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

These would also be nice:

Experience building and scaling account-based marketing (ABM) programs and leveraging intent data.
Experience running international campaigns across North America, EMEA, and APAC markets.
Familiarity with AI-powered marketing, automation, and productivity tools that improve campaign performance and efficiency.
