Senior Operations Project Manager- Maternity Leave Cover (Temporary)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Project Manager to lead multiple global implementation projects and serve as the key interface between internal teams and global stakeholders. The role requires strong leadership and the ability to manage parallel cross-functional deployments across software, hardware, IT, supply chain, and field operations.

This is a temporary position covering maternity leave, expected to last approximately six months.

You will be the main point of contact for Global Account Managers and the Global PM team, ensuring projects stay on track, meet client expectations, and are fully ready for installation and go-live.

You will professionally manage the Inbound Operations team and coordinate closely with outbound technical/field teams, integrators, and vendors to ensure alignment, prioritization, and end-to-end execution.

Key Responsibilities

Own and lead the full internal deployment lifecycle from planning through execution, monitoring, and handover.
Manage multiple SW & HW implementation projects and ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and quality targets.
Translate global stakeholder requirements into clear project plans, milestones, and execution frameworks.
Drive cross-functional execution across Operations, Engineering, Product, IT, Supply Chain, and Finance.
Lead and synchronize internal teams, external integrators, and 3rd-party vendors to ensure smooth delivery.
Provide clear status reporting to Global PMs and company management to ensure alignment and transparency.
Prioritize inbound activities based on business needs and leadership direction; adjust capacity and focus accordingly.
Identify process dependencies and bottlenecks early; mitigate risks and prevent delivery disruptions.
Build strong stakeholder relationships, proactively manage expectations, and drive continuous improvement.
Lead issue resolution and risk management with fast escalation and structured problem solving.
Support budget tracking and resource planning across projects.

Requirements:

At least 8 years of project management experience delivering complex software and hardware projects.
Proven experience leading global, cross-functional implementations in operational environments.
Strong understanding of SW/HW delivery methodologies and field deployment processes.
Experience working directly with senior stakeholders and cross-functional leadership.
Ability to manage inbound teams and collaborate effectively with external/outbound technical teams.
Highly organized with strong execution discipline, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
Tech-savvy and hands-on, with deep understanding of HW, it and field operations, enabling effective decision-making across deployment, installation readiness, and issue resolution.
Experience managing integrators and 3rd-party vendors.
BSc/MSc in Engineering / Economics/ Business
Fluent English (written and spoken).
