M&A Consultant

Deloitte, the largest and leading consulting and accounting firm in the world, is looking for a Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Consultant for the financial consulting practice.

As part of the role:

• Providing financial due diligence and advisory services in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) processes in all sectors (technology, retail, industry, etc.).

• Accompanying investors as part of the investment process.

• Assisting shareholders and management in preparing for significant sales or capital raising processes.

• Performing financial and economic analyses based on financial and management reports and generating business insights regarding costs and structure.

• Global work with Deloitte US.

• Close work with leading clients in the local and global market, including Private Equity and VC funds.

• Work as part of a professional team, including close professional training of experts in the field.

• Hybrid work model (two days work from home).

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in financial consulting/transaction support/M&A/due-diligence, or auditing - mandatory

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is a must

• CPA- Must

• High level English (ability to read, write and speak) - mandatory

• Analytical abilities and high command of working with Excel - mandatory

• Team player, ambition, ability to learn independently and high interpersonal communication skills.
