Information Systems Manager

We are seeking a skilled Information Systems Manager to join us. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all internal systems. This role requires a strong understanding of financial processes, as well as expertise in utilizing HubSpot, ERP (specifically NetSuite), and IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

System Management:

Oversee and be hands-on in the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of all internal systems within the company.
Manage external IT resources, ensuring the smooth operation and integration of external systems including Zendesk, HubSpot, Monday.com, and NetSuite
Ensure the seamless integration and functionality of HubSpot and NetSuite ERP systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and implement solutions to streamline finance processes.

HubSpot and NetSuite Expertise:

Serve as the primary point of contact for HubSpot and NetSuite-related inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support.
Develop and customize HubSpot workflows, dashboards, and reports to align with the company's objectives.
Configure and optimize NetSuite modules to support accounting, billing, and financial reporting needs.

IT Infrastructure:

Manage the IT infrastructure supporting finance systems, including servers, networks, and databases.
Implement security protocols and data protection measures to safeguard sensitive financial information.

Training and Documentation:

Develop training materials and conduct sessions to educate relevant team members on system functionalities and best practices.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or related field
Proven experience (3-5 years) in information systems management
Extensive knowledge of HubSpot and NetSuite ERP systems, including configuration, customization, and administration
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
