To succeed as a System Administrator, you should have a personality and work ethic aiming for excellence, independently of your seniority. Collaboration and communication skills are critical as we work in small agile (Scrum) teams 100% remote.

Systems Administrator responsibilities:
Accept and offer constructive feedback to help you and your peers improve
Create the company-wide VPN and security policies for SaaS providers, team members’ workstations, and product deployments
Create and enhance CI pipelines
Assure proper performance and operation of the systems running our products and applications
Take part in software development cycles of different agile teams in the company
Collaborate with the blue and red teams in securing the company from end to end
Systems Administrator requirements:
Senior-level: 10+ years of experience
Security-first mentality
Experience with Cloud providers, building CI pipelines, and Docker
Experience with web projects and their related technologies
Linux, Mac, and Windows administrative skills
Experience with deploying and securing on-field embedded systems devices is a plus
Experience with blockchain, specifically Cardano — a major plus!
Experience or appreciation of Infrastructure as Code, automation, and system administration best practices
Good communication skills, knowledge sharing, and collaboration
Familiarity with cryptography — a major plus!
