Data Operation Technical Support

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Data Operation Technical Support to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality support for our data-centric products, including annotated tools, data pipelines, and database systems. You will work closely with data operation, data engineers, product managers, and clients to troubleshoot issues, ensure data integrity, and optimize workflows.
Which department will you join?
You will be part of Mobileye's Data Product department that is responsible for Mobileye Data Products dealing with millions of data records and complicated data pipelines, emphasizing accuracy, efficiency and usability, to Mobileye R&D teams and customer projects.
What will your job look like?
Provide first- and second-level technical support for data operation, data products, including annotated datasets, pipelines, and SQL-based systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data labeling, pipelines failures and data products.
Collaborate with engineering and data teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
Monitor data workflows and proactively identify potential issues or bottlenecks.
Document support processes, FAQs, and known issues to improve team efficiency.
All you need is:
1-3 years of experience in a technical support or data operations role
Knowledge and experience with Excel
Knowledge of SQL
Familiar with JIRA or other ticket systems
Scripting skills in Python and Linux
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Independence, the ability to learn new material quickly
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
