Overview

Dynamic Yield by Mastercard is looking for an experienced, creative and highly motivated Program Manager. The role requires working closely with global stakeholders as well as internal teams.

Role:

Jira admin work; support Jira adjustments to best fit our processes
Agile coaching for cross-functional development teams: support, education and guiding R&D teams in all Agile routines
Taking an active part in the quarterly planning process - create visibility and clarity to the entire organization (from team to management level)
Leading software projects life cycle, supervising their timeline, tracking milestones, deliveries and escalations
Communicate risks and mitigation plans with external stakeholders
Generate “buy-in” from relevant stakeholders, engage in effective discussions and provide real answers and solutions
Ensure flawless execution across multiple engineering teams, continuously identify roadblocks and help resolving themSupport specific groups with program management services when required
Support our development team in their work with customers - troubleshooting, monitoring progress, resolving problems

All About You:

JIRA Admin experience
3+ years of technical program/project management experience
High proficiency in English
Deep knowledge and understanding of program management methodologies (Kanban, Agile) and experience in leading Agile projects
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, maintaining proactive and can-do attitude as well as a positive mindset
Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and dive into the details of complex projects
Deep analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to multitask efficiently
B.Sc or M.Sc in Computer Science or equivalent
