Sr. Product Manager

Juno Journey is seeking an experienced Group/Principal Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our learning and talent management platforms.

Juno is an all-in-one solution for employee development. Our platform visualizes the entire lifecycle of every employee within an organization, creating a personalized learning and development journey—from onboarding and day-to-day enablement to preparing for their next role and responsibilities.

As the Group/Principal PM, you will:

Work closely with our CTO, leadership team, and customers to establish product visions and strategies.
Own end-to-end responsibility for one of Juno’s modules (LMS, LXP, Talent Development).
Define clear objectives and drive new product initiatives from concept to release.
Conduct user interviews and analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to identify opportunities.
Define detailed specifications and guide the technical development of new features.
Track product metrics and ensure initiatives deliver their intended business value.
Effectively manage project timelines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

Qualifications:

5+ years of product management experience in B2B.
Proven ability to take products from idea to launch while exceeding customer expectations.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
Analytical mindset with expertise in interpreting data to drive decisions.
Experience in fast-paced startup environments.
BA/BS in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Business.
Background in SaaS, Web, and HR Tech is an advantage.
