We’re on the hunt for a bright, energetic, and highly organized Office Admin and Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office and the backbone of our daily operations.Your Key Responsibilities:Front Desk Champion: Welcome guests and candidates with warmth and professionalism.Safety & Security: Ensure a secure and organized office by monitoring access, maintaining logbooks, and issuing visitor badges.Administrative Pro: Handle a variety of tasks across operations, logistics, facilities, and finance, keeping things running smoothly.Employee Experience Support: Assist the Employee Experience Manager in creating a fantastic workplace atmosphere.Scheduling Maestro: Organize and schedule interview meetings to support our hiring process.Central Point of Contact: Serve as the go-to person for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.Requirements:If you’re someone who thrives on organization, loves working with people, and enjoys wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you!What We’re Looking For:A highly organized and dedicated person with the ability to prioritize tasks smartlyA team playerIndependent decision-making, attention to detail, and a creative problem-solving approachStrong oral and written communication skills in Hebrew and EnglishWorking hours - 08:30- 17:30, 5 days a week, at our officeReporting to the office manager
