Financial Analyst (Temporary job)

Pfizer is recruiting a Finance Analyst for its affiliate in Israel.

Contract Type: temporary - 9 months

Worklocation: Herzliya Pituach

Role Summary

The Finance Analyst works collaboratively with a range of colleagues and stakeholders to ensure that the Business Finance deliverables required by Local and Regional Finance teams are produced on time and to the required level of quality and detail.

The Finance Analyst will be responsible of digital tools utilization for annual budget planning and forecasting, providing information, metrics and insight to Local commercial colleagues and Regional Finance.

Major Areas of Responsibilities

Prepare the financial package on a monthly basis including: revenues, cost of sales & expenses
Provide the monthly revenues & P&L
Analyse the month & YTD performance for all the P&L lines
Prepare quarterly forecasting incorporating all the recent trends
Develop and submit the Budget and the Strategic Plan
Working closely with the Accounting, Commercial and other teams to perform all the month end, forecasting and budgeting activities
Maintain and enhance system databases and files
Prepare Ad-hoc reporting mainly related to sales and expenses
Support business & other stakeholders with reports and analytics

Qualifications and Experience

Education to degree level or equivalent, Professional Accreditation or MBA/Masters in Economics, Finance / Accounting preferred (candidates can be part qualified)
3+ years of working experience in Financial Analysis / Business Finance, including reporting, analysis, planning, budgeting, forecasting, commentary and modelling
Advanced MS Office qualifications required, strong digital skills (ERP, SAP, Budgeting & Planning, Management reporting, etc)
Experience in the pharmaceutical Industry is considered an asset
English fluency, comfortable working in cultural diverse organization
Hebrew fluency (preferred)
Experience in a multinational company preferred
