Talent acquisition specialist - maternity leave

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us as a temporary replacement during maternity leave. This role will focus on managing end-to-end hiring processes, with an emphasis on technological roles, ensuring we continue to attract top talent during this period.

Responsibilities:

Manage full cycle hiring processes for technological and non-technological positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and create targeted job descriptions.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, external suppliers, and professional networks.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Support HR initiatives as needed, including employee onboarding.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on technological roles.
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing and interviewing.
Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
