Your responsibilities will include maintaining precise accounting records, managing payroll functions, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.This position will follow a hybrid work structure with a requirement to work in our TLV office.Requirements:RequirementsCertified bookkeeper (Minimum level 2. Type 3 is an advantage) and Payroll Manager3+ years bookkeeping experience within a Hi-Tech multi-national company - MustExperience working with Priority - MustStrong Excel skillsHigh level of communication skills in written and spoken EnglishStrong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and ability to multitaskAbility to work independently in a fast-paced work environmentTeam player and service-orientedResponsibilities:ResponsibilitiesAct as a focal point for all financial and payroll-related mattersHandle AP/AR including vendor onboarding, invoice approval, and processionManage Credit Card process including credit card statement reconciliationsSupport month, quarter, and year-end closing procedure, including general ledger account reconciliations and journal entries in a multi-currency environmentPrepare materials for quarterly and annual external audits and reviewsFull ownership of the monthly payroll process, including Payroll preparation, activities, benefits, and reimbursements in Israel and abroadWork closely with our subsidiary for wide global processAd-hoc tasks as required
