Purchasing Student

Vishay is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated student for the Purchasing Department. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of Purchasing while providing essential support to the department.

Job Location:

The company's headquarters is located in Petach Tikva in the Central District. It employs ~60 personnel who provide service and support to the company's 3 factories located in Dimona, Beer Sheva & Migdal Haemek.

In our Petach Tikva offices you may find functions such as: Accounting, Procurement, Human Resources, Logistics, Infrastructure, Business Development, Sales and IT.

What you will be doing:

Indirect material purchasing including: sourcing, price comparison/negotiation, handling the purchase order complete process.
Data/reports retrieve using SAP system.
Support to the strategic buyer’s team.

What you will bring along:

At least 3 days a week availability.
Service oriented, team player, fast learner.
Purchasing experience – an advantage.
Excel - high level.
English - high level.
