Sales Manager - AI GRC Suite

We help ensure the reliability and trustworthiness of scaled AI, Generative AI, and Intelligent Agents.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives for our suite of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) products designed for AI systems.

This role is essential in driving end-to-end sales processes and collaborating closely with the marketing and partnership strategies departments to maximize market penetration and revenue.

Responsibilities:

Generate and pursue new sales leads for our GRC suite, specifically tailored for AI systems.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing.
Develop strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise-level clients.
Collaborate effectively with the partnership department to align sales strategies with partnership initiatives.
Stay informed on industry trends and shifts, especially in AI, GRC, and cybersecurity.
Optimize and fine-tune outreach campaigns.
Requirements

Minimum 4 years experience in global sales to enterprises with proven results – Must
Experience and existing connections in North America or Europe – Must
Proven success in managing a full sales cycle, particularly in GRC, AI sectors, or cybersecurity Must
Experience in working with partnership departments to leverage relationships and networks.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate the value of our product suite.
Established industry network and connections - Advantage
Excellent team leadership and collaboration skills.
Fluent English. A second language is an advantage.
