Core Mission:
The Office & People Ops will ensure smooth daily office operations, manage HR administrative tasks and employee experience activities, while providing support to the CEO.
This is a temporary role for an initial period of 7 months, with the possibility of extension.
The role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to various HR disciplines and projects. You’ll have the chance to learn about HR processes in depth and actively participate in initiatives across employee experience, onboarding, and compensation, making it an excellent learning platform for anyone looking to grow in HR.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate all office administrative activities to ensure smooth daily operations, including facilities management, supplier coordination, office supplies, logistics, food supply, and equipment. Ensure the office remains clean, organized, and productive.
Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handle expenses and employee reimbursements.
Organize and execute off-site events, welfare activities, happy hours, celebrations, gifts, and other employee engagement activities that promote a positive workplace culture.
Assist in the global onboarding and offboarding of employees by preparing workspaces, setting up equipment, and providing necessary resources.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee personnel data, handle compensation documentation, and collaborate with finance on prepaid card management (Mesh)

Proven experience in office management, HR administration, or related roles.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in popular office softwares.
Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
Experience coordinating with finance and understanding basic compensation processes is a plus.
