We are currently looking for a finance systems professional to join our Corporate Finance team in Airport City, Israel in the role of Global Finance Systems Business Manager. This role reports to the Head of Global Finance Systems and ERP Operations and is primarily responsible for implementation of financial processes and tools on a global level, being the professional focal point for Finance tools and leading the upgrade of ADAMA’s financial tools and capabilities.
Global Finance is a strategic partner for Executive Leadership, Operations, and Commercial units that drives collaboration and creates a single source of truth for financial information with actionable business insights to support ADAMA’s objectives and decision-making.
This role will support the finance department through implementation of global financial systems, tools and processes. Global financial changes in processes and requirements will be centralized and controlled by this role in order to achieve process and data standardization that will provide ADAMA with unified and reliable data.
Major duties and responsibilities:
Support Global Finance teams in the development and managing of technological \ financial projects through professional system project management
Provide continued support to ongoing projects (e.g. Master data establishment (Cost Centre, CoA) Transfer Pricing Tool, Rebates, Pillar 2)
Automation – Identify potential initiatives for process efficiency in the company and lead the implementation of RPA’s to achieve it.
Responsible for change control, risk assessment and mitigation plan following new system requirements/projects
Establishment of annual workplan for routine work and projects .
Lead regional teams toward process harmonisation and establishment of global policies and procedures

Prior experience:
8-10 years of experience within financial planning and analytics areas - required
Experience working in manufacturing industry – required
Skilled at identifying initiatives for process improvement by automation or other technological tools – an advantage
Experience with ERP systems as a key user - Sap Business One, S4H, ECC – an advantage
Experienced with data tools such as SQL DB , PAPM, BI – an advantage
Global project management experience involving business and technological areas - an advantage
Education and knowledge requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Economics\ Accounting
Understanding and familiar with ERP (SBO, S4Hana) and financial processes
Knowledge of SQL data base
Knowledge with RPA UI-PATH system and features
Fluent in English, professional working proficiency in Hebrew
