Airline Sales & Marketing Executive

We're looking for English speaking Airline Sales & Marketing Executive to join our client's team in the beautiful Malta!What you'll do:Pro-actively promote and sell airways routes, fares, and services by telephone, email, and other communication channelsMaintain an effective and efficient records system of all documentation and customer recordsTo negotiate, manage and follow up incentive agreements with corporate/leisure clients and review/assess the performance If needed, assist agencies with booking and product inquiries, issues, and complaints ensuring optimal customer serviceRequest ticketing plates for new agents as part of the business development of the jobManage group requests and group bookings by handling all inquiries and responding with quotations. Actively solicit group business to increase this revenue stream both from ad-hoc group requests and group seriesClosely monitor area sales performance and forward trend data and recommend action where necessary to maximize revenue.Develop sales and marketing plans in close collaboration with the Marketing and Sales departmentsLiaise with travel agencies, tour operators, and special interest organizations to retain and reinforce ongoing businessDevelop marketing relationships with top tour operators and key travel/tourism/airline platformsIdentify, evaluate and capitalize on new business opportunitiesPrepare and circulate ad hoc commercial and sales advisory noticesActively visit/contact clients assigned on the required call frequency basis to build and maintain strong commercial relationships and maintain necessary records in salesforce.comEdit sales presentations to suit separate countriesTo identify, evaluate and capitalize on new business opportunities within portfolio and market segmentAct as an ambassador for the company and attend industry functions, trade events, and conferences on a regular basisSend ad-hoc reports with the frequency agreed with the airlineMaintain a high level of product and destination knowledge.What's the offer:Health Coverage and Private Health Care.Attractive Salary package with performance bonus.Travel allowance is provided for all duty travelRelocation support package for candidates abroadWhat we're looking for:English C1/C2.Be willing to relocate to Malta;Have previous travel agency or airline experience preferably in a sales role;Have an excellent level of spoken and written English.
