Bookeeper

Deep Instinct, a fast growing cyber security company with over 200 employees globally, is looking for skilled, dynamic, sharp, analitical and pleasant AR Bookkeeper, join our team and assist our Finance team in the day-to-day financial operations of the company.

In this role, you will oversee the AR proccess along with other bookeeping tasks (such as Banks, IC, reconciliations, CashFlow). You will also assist in the monthly, quarterly and year-end financial closings with our broader Finance team.

The job is located in Tel Aviv (Hybrid Model)

Requirements:

Bookkeeping Certificate - Type 3
At least 3 years experience of bookkeeping (tech company is an advantage).
Experience with Netsuite software, (Banks and AR moduls- advantage)
Previous employment in a global office working environment
Experience working with multiple currencies
Strong Excel skills - Must
Highly organized and reliable with strong attention to detail
Must be comfortable working in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
Strong verbal and written skills in English- Must

Responsibilities::

Oversee the AR proccess (billing, AR aging, collection)
Work with the Global controller on the Revenue Recognition and analitics.
Responsibility for several bank accounts (local and foreign) including daily bank reconciliations and monthly controls.
Credit cards reconciliation – monitoring the transactions and making sure receipts are received and saved, verifying, allocating, and recording the transactions in our books with right classification.
Hadging activity and FX monitoring
Assist to improve internal accounting practices, processes, and system integrations.
Assist with corporate audit and other financial reporting requirements as needed.
Gathering information for tax filings.
P&L Analitics and BS recociliations.
