Description:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Project Manager to lead diverse and complex projects in the field of automated warehouses, from contract signing to customer handover. The role involves full project management, adhering to timelines and budgets, and ensuring high quality.

Duties and Responsibilities:

End-to-End Project Management: Manage all project stages, from planning and execution to implementation and customer handover.
Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with engineering, planning, electrical, control, and software departments, maintaining close client relationships.
Subcontractor Management: Manage and guide subcontractors, tracking project progress.
Adherence to Timelines and Budgets: Develop detailed timelines, manage project budgets, and monitor progress.
Quality Assurance: Conduct ongoing quality control, ensuring the highest standards.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement preventive measures.
Management Reporting: Prepare weekly reports on project progress and present them to management.
Participation in Meetings: Attend weekly meetings with all contractors and relevant departments.

Essential Education, Skills and Expertise:

Proven experience in managing complex projects in an industrial environment, with a focus on projects involving extensive interdepartmental interfaces.
Familiarity with automated warehouse technologies such as conveyors, cranes, and racks.
Leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to present technical information clearly.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Willingness to take responsibility, solve problems independently, and propose creative solutions.
Willingness to engage in extensive fieldwork on various projects.
Proficiency in Excel, MS Project, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD (advantage).
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering.
Previous experience with ERP Priority systems – Advantage
