For more information, visit www.MinuteMedia.com.Position SummaryMinute Media is looking for a talented and motivated FP&A Analyst to join our FP&A team in Tel Aviv.You will be responsible for planning and analyzing the company’s financials to ensure accurate recording and enable educated decision-making, budget control, and ongoing monitoring.ResponsibilitiesBuild financial models and reports to support forecasts, providing added value insights to management to support business decisions.Design, automate, and standardize robust and scalable FP&A processes and policies, improving efficiency.Create and maintain ad-hoc modeling, reporting, and analysis.Maintain existing models to ensure accuracy and relevancy.Collaborate in the design and integration of the budget system.Work closely with BI teams on finance-related projects.Calculate and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), to drive actions.Requirements:4+ years of experience as an FP&A Analyst in a high-tech environmentBA degree in a relevant field such as Economics, Business or AccountingAnalytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skillsAdvanced Excel skills - a mustFamiliarity with Planning Analytics and NetSuite – an advantageFamiliar with BI systems such Looker Studio or similar - an advantageEnglish proficiency (speaking and writing)Brand:Minute MediaBenefits:Career development opportunities & different skill-based workshops are offered each quarter.Hybrid work modelGradual return from parental leaveModern Health services for professional coaching and therapy sessionsFun company events and celebrationsCommunity involvement opportunities, both in-person and remoteWhy Minute Media?Minute Media was chosen as one of GLOBS-TECH’s 10 most promising startups in Israel.
