We are hiring a Cyber Security Lead to act as the focal point to all security issues, providing guidance and consultation to internal teams, customers, and partners.

Location: Petach-Tikva, Israel

Responsibilities:

Initiate, establish and implement cross organization security programs, ensuring the organization's policies, procedures, and systems are aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
Partner with business stakeholders to raise awareness of risk management, secure development and ensure operational excellence of all infrastructure, services, and products. Manage ongoing employee security awareness programs.
Hands-on management of day-to-day security operations, including oversight over vulnerability assessments, patch management, network and access control reviews etc., for both on-premises and cloud-based environments. Provide guidance and oversight to IT and DevOps teams implementing these activities.
Manage the annual ISO27001, SOC2, and additional re-certification activities
Own the supplier (3rd party) security review process
Research, select and negotiate with security product vendors and security service providers to enhance our global standard
Manage any security incidents that may arise

Requirements:

Requirements:

At least seven 7 years of experience in managing the Information Security domain in a global company
Industry security certifications, relevant security education, or courses such as CISSP
Experience with current security-related technologies in use in enterprises
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to lead without authority, ensuring collaboration and alignment across various business unites
Up to date with the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices

Advantages:

System administration knowledge in Microsoft Windows and Linux environments

Experience in securing cloud estates and SaaS offerings (AWS and Azure)
