Learning & Development Specialist - Temporary

About the Role

We are looking for a L&D Specialist to join our fast-growing People team. you will be instrumental in assessing training needs, responsible for Onboarding processes, designing learning materials, and implementing training programs that enhance the skills of our darrowers and align with our strategic goals. The position is temporary for 6 months with an option to extend according to the organization's needs and performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
2+ years of experience in learning and development or a similar role, preferably in a startup environment.
Strong understanding of various training methods and best practices inlearning.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Creative thinker with a passion for developing others.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with department leaders to identify and assess training needs and skill gaps within the organization.
Design, develop, and implement engaging and effective training programs across various formats.
Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops that cater to a variety of learning styles.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training on employees’ performance and development, adjusting programs as necessary.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and tools in employee training and development to incorporate best practices into the learning curriculum.
