Growth Marketing Team Lead (PPC)

We’re seeking a PPC team lead to join the Growth department of a fast-growing B2C company whose website sees over 80 million visitors per month. Located in central Tel Aviv, this role operates on a hybrid basis of 3 days per week in office. Benefits include monthly bonuses and restricted stock options.

Responsibilities:

Define and develop user acquisition strategy

Manage display channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc) to scale performance

Identify emergent trends in the field to inform strategies to target new users (new platforms, tools, features, etc)

Working alongside business intelligence and retention teams to establish an effective way to test and monitor performance and efficiency of paid channels

Desired Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of leadership and management experience.

Proven expertise in growth marketing across various platforms.

Data-driven decision-making skills with a focus on optimization.
