Role Overview

We are seeking a talented, hands-on Chief Financial Officer with expertise in trading and capital markets to lead our finance strategy and activity. This role involves financial management, risk assessment, compliance and fund raising. The CFO will work closely with our CEO and executive leadership team and play a key role in shaping Efficient Frontier's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, internal auditing and external reporting to optimize financial performance.
Ensure compliance with global financial regulations and accounting standards.
Manage cash flow, liquidity, and risk exposure.
Manage financial risks.
Design and implement financial policies and procedures.
Manage the finance team.
Develop and execute the company's financial strategy to drive profitability and sustainable growth.
Work closely with executive leadership to align financial goals with the company's business strategy.
Develop and implement capital-raising strategies.
Lead investor relations and build strong relationships with institutional investors, VCs, and strategic partners.
Oversee financial due diligence for M&A activities and investment opportunities.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, trading, or capital markets roles, including experience in a Big 4 firm.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior executive role in fintech or financial services companies.
Comprehensive knowledge of global accounting standards and tax regulations.
Proven experience in fund raising.
In-depth knowledge of trading and risk management.
Hands-on experience with financial systems and advanced proficiency in Excel.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. CPA license required.
Knowledge in cryptocurrency - an advantage.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
Excellent analytical, attention to details and problem-solving skills.
High proficiency in spoken and written English.
