Research & Development Engineer

IDE Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Research & Development Engineer to join our innovative team, contributing to solve global water challenges through innovation and sustainability.

As a R&D Engineer, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing cutting-edge water treatment technologies.
The R&D department drives innovation by initiating and developing state-of-the-art technological implementations, utilizing laboratory, pilot, and demonstration facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct advanced research and development projects in water treatment technologies
Design, set up, and execute laboratory and pilot-scale experiments
Analyze experimental data and prepare comprehensive technical reports
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into practical applications
Contribute to the development of new products and processes
Effectively communicate results through reports and presentations
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in water treatment

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Water Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field
Master’s degree in a relevant research area is a significant advantage
Minimum 2 years of experience as an R&D engineer
Experience in companies dealing with water treatment is highly advantageous
Full professional proficiency in English
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong sense of curiosity and passion for water treatment technology, creative thinking and innovative approach to problem-solving, ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting

Location: This role will be split between our headquarters in Kadima and our development center in Haifa
