NPI Coordinator- Temporary Position

AV Platform NPI group is responsible for transferring AV new products and projects from R&D to Production by selecting and engaging with sustainable suppliers & contract manufactures while optimizing the design towards manufacturing.
This is a temporary position for 8 month,
What will your job look like?
Issue PRs for the group (in 3 global sites) using Netsuite and JIRA
Monitor and Follow up on the approval and execution process from PR/PO up to Vendor’s payments
Report and update regarding the progress & raise flags regarding any risks/delays
Support the group’s budget monitoring and planning, as well as new supplier’s setups and NDA requests
Monitor shipment requests
Support NPI material readiness & risk mitigation
Initiate and maintain continuous process improvement and optimization
Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external teams
All you need is:
2+ years of Procurement/Operations/Project Managment/Financial experience from a global organizations
Experience with global suppliers
Experience in ERP and PLM systems (Netsuite-an advantage)
Flexibility and Out of the box thinking
Proficient in written and verbal communication in English and Hebrew
