BMC is looking for a Senior Interaction and Systems Product Designer to join our amazing Control-M team!

In this role, you will work with amazing people who are working on the products that revolutionize our lives. You will develop design systems and user experiences for complex user software. You will take hands-on ownership over foundational areas of our design system and development process.

Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC's and your own success:

Set the standard for UI by crafting and maintaining guidelines for the design team that align with our strategic vision, to ensure consistency and excellence.
Grow and maintain our modern design system of UI assets to support concept development, detailed design deliveries, and interactive user testing.
Collaborate closely with fellow designers, product managers, and development teams to create user-centric design concepts and detailed design deliveries.
Communicate visually with wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate your design solutions.

To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

6+ years of success designing UI solutions for complex business applications.
Deep knowledge of design systems and interface design development.
Talented at simplifying complex challenges with design that’s intuitive and beautiful.
Master of modern design tools such as Sketch, Axure, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
A confident leader across the full design process from concept to pixel-perfect solution with minimal supervision.
An effective communicator who creates clarity and builds consensus on complex initiatives.
Excel as a hands-on contributor or leader in projects of various sizes and complexities.
Naturally curious about making things better through design and process.
Insightful design thinker who creates meaningful connections between their smallest design decisions and big-picture value.
Portfolio: Able to share a portfolio that demonstrates your professional design skills and accomplishments.
