DevOps Team Leader

Manage DevOps delivery team and lead cross-organization projects. Research, design architecture, and implement solutions based on cutting-edge technologies with a can-do approach and a strive for excellence.

What you'll do:

Own team delivery, lead both technical and project aspects, and practice Agile/Scrum routines.
Manage all aspects of the team, including coaching and mentoring. Establish values such as collaboration, communication, service consciousness, and motivation.
Hands-on experience.
Handle technical challenges like performance, scale, security, and live production issues.
Collaborate closely with other DevOps team leaders.
Collaborate with the R&D team leads and directors to optimize service performance, deployment, reliability, failover, and scale.
Oversee the team’s deliverables, design, and architecture.

Requirements:

4+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps roles with a minimum of 2 years of management experience.
Strong management and leadership skills, with a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
Strong track record of working with one of the major cloud providers - Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD tools and methodologies (Jenkins, Ansible, GitHub Actions).
Proven experience working in a production environment.
Solid experience with containerized environments and microservices (Docker, Kubernetes).
Excellent Bash/Shell/Python/Go scripting skills.
