Fireberry is looking for a passionate Customer Success Analyst based in Israel to join our team.
As a Customer Success Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to serve Fireberry’s long tail customers portfolio.
This role requires understanding the unique needs of diverse customers, optimizing their experience, and driving customer retention.
The Customer Success Analyst will work collaboratively with various departments, including marketing, support, and customer success, to ensure the success of the long tail customers as well as act as a hub of excellence to serve the entire customer base.

What you'll do:
Utilize data analytics tools to assess the performance of your actions, be agile and constantly adjust your actions to see success.
Identify patterns and trends in customer behavior.
Build and deliver an end-to-end program for long tail customers, including enablement programs, risk management, renewals etc.
Define, build, and deliver Fireberry’s 1:many strategy.
Work closely with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns.
Perform events including webinars, round tables, office hours and many more.
Design and lead workshops to drive product awareness, adoption and meet customer goals.
Proactively monitor health indicators and act upon alerts.
Manage calls with customers to drive self-serve value, as well as retain and expand accounts.
Develop innovative strategies, tools, and methodologies to increase usage and product stickiness for customers.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the long tail space.
Be the voice of the client.
Help to build and shape the Fireberry Long Tail Success engagement model of the future.
What you need:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
1-2 Years of proven experience in customer success or a related role, preferably with a focus on long tail strategies.
Experience in SaaS organizations
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of market dynamics.
Flexibility, including the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities; capable of operating in an ambiguous environment.
Great English speaker
