Job Description

CyberArk is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to drive insight and action across our Product and Technology organization. As an integral member of the global Business Analytics team, you will be tasked with delivering actionable insights and analytics to support product decisions through data related to product usage and feature adoption. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong analytical mindset and a proactive approach to problem solving, utilizing structured methodologies to address key business challenges, conducting comprehensive analyses, and preparing detailed reports that highlight critical insights and recommended actions. The ideal candidate has a background in manipulating telemetry data to deliver product insights to Product and Customer facing roles. This role will work closely with members of Product, R&D, Customer Support, Customer Success, IT, and other colleagues on the Business Intelligence team.

Responsibilities:

Apply structured problem solving and hypothesis-driven approach to generate insights, trends, implications, and actions related to Product and Technology

Assemble and utilize data from multiple internal (product telemetry, tenant management) and external sources

Design, build, deliver, and maintain best-in-class reporting for all areas of Product, R&D, and IT

Partners closely with stakeholders across key organizations to enable data-driven decision-making

Develop automated views to measure and track daily performance of our KPIs

Specialize in full-stack BI development, from data modeling to visualization

Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and delivered in an accessible manner

Drive adoption and usage of reporting, metrics, and AI-powered solutions leveraging Snowflake tools such as Cortex

Qualifications

2+ years of relevant experience in BI analysis, BI development, data analysis, or operations

Experience with Tableau

Experience utilizing intermediate SQL knowledge to analyze, modify, and filter data; Familiarity with Snowflake, Rivery, and dbt is an advantage

Ability to structure and execute complex analyses and tell a story with data

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, global, and fast-paced environment.
