We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Test Automation Manager for our Quality Engineering Department to lead the development of cutting-edge automation solutions. Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of robust automation frameworks and tools that support scalable, high-quality software delivery.
Drive the adoption and implementation of automation-first and shift-left practices, embedding quality into every stage of the development lifecycle.
Collaborate closely with R&D, DevOps, Project Managers and Product teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and production environments.
Lead a team of talented SDETs, establishing engineering standards and best practices for automation development and automation stability. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to SDETs, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and excellence.
Define and track quality metrics, test coverage, automation pass-rates and automation ROI to continuously improve visibility and impact.
Champion cross-organizational initiatives to define and unify testing strategies and reduce duplication across teams.

Requirements
Proven experience (8+ years) in test automation, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Strong background in software engineering and QA, with a deep understanding of test frameworks, test strategies, CI/CD, agile methodologies, and shift-left processes.
At least 5 years of experience with OO languages and automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, PyTest, Python, Java, C# or similar). Strong design, coding, and debugging skills.
Experience with SaaS testing, preferably in large-scale or distributed systems.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, microservices, and containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure).
