We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Financial Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, creating reports, and providing insights to support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze, optimize, and build business models for our products, activities, KPIs, and business units as a key part of strategic decisions.
Define metrics to evaluate performance; build reporting/dashboards to track performance and maintain it.
Measure business performance and main KPi's on daily basis
Create insight beyond numbers and help to influence, support, and execute our strategic business decisions.
Communicate critical metrics and insights to various partners and stakeholders clearly

Requirements

At least 3+ years of experience as Business Financial Analyst /Data Analyst from companies with high-growth
Positive attitude, ability to work independently, self-learn and adapt to a fast changing environment
Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills
Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools
nice to have- Airbyte, Airflow, Superset
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable taking ownership of projects and driving these to a successful conclusion
BSc/BA in a highly quantitative field such as Industrial Engineering/Economics /Statistics /Business Administration or equivalent academic knowledge
Fluent English, both written and spoken
