Product Manager - Online Stores

Job Description

Develop a deep understanding of market trends, user needs, and the competitive landscape to define the strategic direction of Wix Stores
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and initiatives based on business impact and user feedback
Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept ideation and requirements definition to launch and iteration
Apply user-centric design principles to ensure an intuitive and delightful experience for merchants and shoppers
Use data-driven insights and analytics to evaluate product performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform decision-making
Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal stakeholders, executive leadership, and external partners
Conduct market research to inform product innovation and stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments
Advocate for customer needs and preferences in product development discussions

Qualifications

A Product Manager with 3+ years experience, particularly in consumer-facing products
Knowledgeable in online retail operations, payment processing, and enhancing customer experiences
Adept at spotting opportunities, setting clear product directions, and managing priorities effectively
Curious about solving user problems and translating them into great user experiences
Excellent analytical skills to find actionable insights from data and craft effective strategies to drive product growth and success
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
Solid understanding of the technical aspects of products, including API design and performance optimization, to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
Proactive, dedicated, and passionate about making a difference, with the ability to take ownership of projects and manage competing priorities
