What’s the role all about?

As the Global IT Infrastructure Manager, you will lead a dynamic and critical division of our IT organization, reporting directly to the Global IT Director. This role involves managing and driving forward key teams that form the backbone of our corporate IT operations, including:

Network Team: Ensuring the design, implementation, and management of a reliable and secure global network infrastructure.
System Team: Overseeing server infrastructure, virtualization, and system optimization for high performance.
Architects Team: Driving infrastructure innovation and providing expert architectural guidance to align with strategic business goals.
NOC Team: Managing the Network Operations Center (NOC) to ensure the continuous monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of IT operations.
Multi-Cloud Environment: Managing a multi-cloud infrastructure strategy, ensuring seamless integration, reliability, and cost efficiency across public, private, and hybrid cloud platforms.

Strategic Leadership: Shape and execute a global IT infrastructure strategy that supports organizational growth and digital transformation.
Multi-Cloud Environment: Oversee and optimize the use of multi-cloud platforms, ensuring seamless interoperability, security, and cost-effectiveness.
Operational Excellence: Maintain robust IT operations with an emphasis on continuous improvement and optimization.
Team Leadership: Mentor and manage high-performing teams across networking, systems, architecture, and NOC functions.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with other IT leaders and business units to align infrastructure services with organizational needs.
Innovation Champion: Promote and implement emerging technologies to enhance IT performance and cost-effectiveness.

Have you got what it takes?

Core Qualifications:

Proven experience managing global IT infrastructure teams.
Expertise in multi-cloud technologies and managing diverse cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
Strong technical knowledge in networking, systems management, and architecture.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with IT monitoring tools and cloud platforms.
Solid understanding of IT governance and compliance requirements.

Preferred Credentials:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certifications in relevant areas such as AWS, Azure, ITIL, or PMP.
Experience in managing IT operations in global, multi-site environments.
