Full Stack Group Manager

Moon Active is headquartered in the heart of Tel Aviv and is one of the world’s fastest-growing mobile game companies, providing entertainment for millions of active users across the globe.

We’re looking for a talented Full Stack Group Manager to join our amazing and emerging R&D team. You will focus on a unique full-stack business application that directly affects our game studios and end-users. As a Group Leader, you’ll build and lead teams that make a significant impact on Moon Active’s growth

Responsibilities
Mentor and lead fast-paced development teams.
Work closely with Product Managers, Architects, DevOps, and other tech leads in-game teams.
Take responsibility and ownership of the deliverables end-to-end (E2E), uptime, architecture, and scale.
Manage the entire production lifecycle of your domain.
Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technologies.
Implement solutions with attention to quality and best practices.
Take a major part in our strategic growth as an R&D team, encompassing technology, processes, and professional development

Requirements
At least 2 years of proven experience as a group leader / 4 years as team leader managing 8+ engineers.
Experience in leading QA (manual & automation).
At least 4 years of experience as a Software Engineer.
Proven experience with frameworks such as React, Angular, or equivalent SPA framework.
Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
Proven experience with Node.js development.
Self-learner with a strong can-do attitude and great interpersonal skills.
