Software Team Leader

*Transfer Fintech*, a leading provider of financial solutions and services, located in Haifa, is looking for a great experienced Software Team Leader to lead the development of an innovative fintech platform.

*What will you do:*

Leading a team of developers, improving team skills and capabilities, coordinating tasks, setting clear timelines, and overseeing performance management to achieve team goals.

*Requirements:*

· 6+ years of Hands-On experience with FullStack web development -
MUST

· 3+ years working with AWS cloud base product, familiar with pipelines and CI/CD - MUST

· At least 3+ years of experience working with PHP on Back-End – MUST

· At least 3+ years of experience as a team leader – MUST

· Experienced with working on Single Page Applications – MUST

· 4+ years of experience with JavaScript (JS) design patterns, CSS, ES6,
TypeScript. – MUST

· 2+ years of Hands-On experience with Angular 6+ - ADVANTAGE

· Experience with App stores (iOS/Android) – ADVANTAGE

· 3+ years of Experience in mobile hybrid application development
(Iconic, Cordova) – A HUGE PLUS

· Previous work from a product-based company and working in agile
team is a huge plus

· Experience in the Fintech world – ADVANTAGE

· Understanding and experience with Cypto – ADVANTAGE
