About the role

We're currently looking for an Operations Payments associate to join our Ops team full-time in Tel Aviv!
You will be in charge of communicating with courier partners on a daily basis, optimizing courier-related processes both Support as well as payment-related ones, locally and globally. As our Operations Payments associate you will need to be self-motivated, creative, and have amazing interpersonal and communication skills.

This role doesn’t require a specific Financial background but you do need to be super comfortable working with numbers. Alongside this, you must have a natural service-focused mindset and awesome people & social skills.

What you’ll be doing

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align workflows and ensure smooth payment processes, working closely with all operational teams and other departments within the organization.
Act as Tier 2 support for all courier-related payment inquiries, resolving complex issues escalated from Support teams and providing in-depth guidance to couriers about payment processes and their collaboration with Wolt.
Work with courier payment-related documentation and reports, requiring a solid understanding of invoice processing, payment reconciliation, and data accuracy to support operational workflows.
Build and maintain effective relationships with external partners, including invoice processing companies, ensuring seamless integration and ongoing service quality.
Utilize tools such as Looker, Snowflake, Favro, Google Sheets, and Excel to analyze data, monitor performance, and create actionable insights to improve payment processes and workflows.
Ensure a synchronized workflow with contractors, both internal and external, to maintain operational efficiency and deliver a top-tier courier experience.
Facilitate communication between finance, support, and operations teams across both local and global markets.

Qualifications

Full-time availability is required.
Bachelor’s degree or strong affinity for analytical roles, including experience with Excel and information systems.
Ability to work independently.
