One of the top security challenges customers have, is to understand ahead of time potential attack paths that can happen in their systems, the actual risk vulnerable assets and entities impose and identify points of failure. We come to solve all of that and surface this knowledge through a wide set of Microsoft security products.

Our strategic platform is based on a knowledge graph built to represent the digital assets and their connections which is the base for deriving smart knowledge, insights and calculation of attack paths, blast radius, chock points and more. This graph is built from tens of billions of daily events collected from various products, first parties and 3rd parties altogether. The platform is in use in different Microsoft security products and plans to expand and grow to new horizons. The challenges span over handling large volumes of data, complex calculations of derived insights, new capabilities and modeling the ever-growing digital world into a coherent knowledge graph. Responsibilities

As an engineer on our team, you will be working on cutting edge technologies to deliver exciting new capabilities for platforms that impact and protect millions of users, with cross-team and cross-discipline collaboration (engineering, product-management, research and data science).

You will work closely with experienced engineers and together, design and develop high scale systems. You will have a role in mentoring your more junior peers and helping them succeed. You will be expected to apply a critical view of our infrastructure, technologies, and development process, proactively pushing to improve our products and the team.

Qualifications

B.Sc./M.Sc. in Computer Science (or equivalent)
5+ years of software development experience
2+ years of experience with developing large scale applications and distributed systems
Collaboration and teammate skills, as well as effectiveness in independent and collaborative work
Abilities to ramp up quickly on new technologies
Knowledge in one of the following is an advantage:
Experience with .NET/C#.
Experience with Azure cloud environment
Experience with BigData technologies o Experience in cyber security domain
