The role will focus on developing business insights, reporting a set of KPIs to management and analyzing market trends. You will bring your analytical ability to provide key insights, work closely with stakeholders to provide financial insights into key decisions, and drive strategic initiatives forward.What You'll Be DoingPrepare financial analysis to monitor and facilitate the understanding of key operating and financial trends across revenue, expenses, and headcount, providing actionable insightsPrepare and monitor key financial and operational metrics, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of key performance indicatorsProvide the analytical framework and strategic insights to identify risks and opportunities associated with the company's financialsMonitor and conduct research on external and internal business drivers to measure top impact on business performancePrepare quarterly presentations for senior management, BoD and other stakeholdersSupport the team in forecasting processes and the creation of annual and long-term business plansAct as a financial business partner and provide ongoing financial support and decision-making analysis for different teams, projects, customer transactions, and other initiativesProactively identify opportunities to optimize and improve existing processesAssist with ad-hoc requests (financial modeling, analysis and reporting)QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting and Economics/other relevant fields from a leading university - a must2+ years of direct experience working in FP&A, Accounting, Investment Banking or Financial Consulting - a mustCPA with a Big 4 firm experience - advantageStrong analytical skills with close attention to detailHighest standards of accuracy and precisionAbility to meet deadlines and work under pressureTech-savvy with a strong focus on leveraging AI and automation tools to enhance financial processes, efficiency, and insights.Strong Communication & Interpersonal skillsAdvanced Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets skills - a mustFluent English (spoken and written) - a mustLife at RiskifiedWe are a fast-growing and dynamic tech company with 750+ team members globally.
