Full Stack Team Lead

We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Team Lead to join our R&D organization. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll guide a team of talented engineers, drive execution, and shape both our product and our engineering culture.
What You’ll Own:

Lead and Grow a High-Performing Full Stack Team

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of full stack engineers

Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and regular feedback

Foster a culture of ownership, quality, and continuous improvement

Own End-to-End Execution and Delivery

Own the team’s delivery from planning and estimation through development, release, and post-production

Balance speed, quality, and scalability across multiple initiatives

Ensure high engineering standards and reliable production systems

Drive Architecture and Technical Excellence

Design and implement scalable full stack architectures

Guide architectural decisions across frontend and backend systems

Translate complex business requirements into maintainable technical solutions

Stay Hands-On

Write high-quality production code across frontend and backend

Work with modern frontend frameworks and data-driven backend systems

Lead by example through strong technical contributions

Collaborate Across the Company

Work closely with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to drive alignment and impact

Act as a technical partner in shaping product direction

Be a source of knowledge and leadership within the R&D organization

Requirements:

6+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer in an R&D team, delivering production-grade systems at scale

2+ years of experience leading an engineering team as a Team Lead

Strong hands-on experience building web-based applications in Python and TypeScript environments

Solid understanding of system design, software architecture, and modern web technologies

Strong experience working with relational databases

Proven ability to lead complex projects end to end while balancing technical depth and delivery

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
