We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of High Voltage (HV) Switchgear projects, including Protection & Control and SCADA integration. The successful candidate will manage projects from order intake through commissioning and customer acceptance while also supporting tendering, offer preparation, and front-end sales activities.

The role requires a combination of project management, technical understanding of power distribution systems, and commercial awareness to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

How you'll make an impact:

Manage HV Switchgear projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Serve as the primary customer interface during project execution.

Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when required.

Support engineering reviews and technical clarifications with customers.

Support sales teams during customer engagements and bid preparation.

Identify project risks and opportunities during the bidding phase.

Participate in customer meetings, technical presentations, and bid clarification discussions. Health and Safety.

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external & internal regulations, procedures & guidelines.

Your Background

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Electrical Engineering strongly preferred.

Min. 5 years of experience in project management, engineering, or tendering within the power distribution industry.Experience with:HV Switchgear,Protection & Control Systems (Advantage),Utility and Industrial Power Applications.

Experience working directly with customers and suppliers, with a strong understanding of electrical single-line diagrams and protection philosophies, is considered an advantage.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills & Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Fluency in both Hebrew and English is required.
