An international high-tech company is looking for an Integration Development Team Lead Location: Herzliya What You’ll Do Own the corporate SOA architecture and its functionality Manage the corporate integration development team Lead the integration process design & delivery end to end Implementation of standards, tools and a flexible development methodology while constantly improving Develop and maintain a comprehensive integration strategy that is aligned with the business objectives Monitor and track the performance of integration solutions 3+ years in hands-on development of organizational integration interfaces 3+ years of experience managing and growing people Excellent familiarity with integration development industry best practices, tools & protocols Experienced in Java development and working with SQL databases Automation and Scripting (Bash, Python, and others) Independent, Innovative, entrepreneurial, team player, ability to multi-task. Highly motivated, result-oriented, fast learner and open-minded. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field In-depth knowledge and experience with systems from the leading manufacturers in the market Proven experience and knowledge in computer systems, networks topology and information security Creative problem solver Strong verbal and written communication to collaborate with engineers and executives
