What you are:
You will work closely with the R&D teams to deliver fast, tactical solutions as your top priority. In addition, you will serve as the focal point for all aspects of DevOps operations, including on-prem and cloud infrastructure management, access and permissions governance for users and servers, CI/CD processes for staging and production environments, system monitoring, and leading the implementation of various DevOps-related solutions.
What you’ll do
Lead the DevOps team in delivering high-quality infrastructure and solutions that support R&D.
Manage large-scale on-prem and AWS environments for reliability and scalability.
Develop and maintain monitoring and alerting tools for EX.CO’s 24/7 production systems.
Perform ongoing optimization and capacity planning for clusters and infrastructure.
Oversee troubleshooting and triage of staging and production issues.
Lead cloud migration initiatives from on-prem environments.
Drive automation and internal tool development.
Promote continuous learning, innovation, and best practices within the team.
What we’re looking for
8+ years of DevOps experience, including work with high-traffic, scalable systems.
3+ years of experience leading DevOps teams.
Mandatory hands-on experience with Terraform and Terragrunt for automation and infrastructure provisioning.
Strong hands-on experience with GCP, AWS, and Kubernetes- Must.
Proficiency in Python for automation and tooling.
Proven ability to work with cutting-edge, high-scale technologies.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, build systems, and Git.
Strong monitoring, logging, and alerting experience.
Solid understanding of optimization, performance, and system reliability.
Excellent communication skills, team player, broad system perspective, and creative, out-of-the-box problem solver.
Strong advantage: Previous experience in an AdTech environment
