The role involves addressing B2B customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

Respond to B2B customer inquiries via phone, email, in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
Handle and monitor B2B orders and ensure timely delivery
Handle all aspects of billing, including return products and refunds
Initiate proactive approach to ensure compliance with forecasts and demands
Handle and monitor direct to patient shipments, which includes shipment arrival, missing products, lost shipments, return shipments, develop a close relation with courier as well as answer patient inquiries
Prepare data-based reports for managerial use
Update local CRM and ensure customer's data is always updated and correct
Develop and maintain a close partnership with B2B customers
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer and patient experience

Required Knowledge and Experience:

Bachelor's degree
Fluent Hebrew and English
Excel – high Level
Interpersonal communication skills
Experience with power BI - advantage
Medical devices / pharmaceutical company experience preferred
Experienced working with SAP-must
