Join us for a career that changes lives.The role involves addressing B2B customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Respond to B2B customer inquiries via phone, email, in a timely and professional mannerResolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitudeHandle and monitor B2B orders and ensure timely deliveryHandle all aspects of billing, including return products and refundsInitiate proactive approach to ensure compliance with forecasts and demandsHandle and monitor direct to patient shipments, which includes shipment arrival, missing products, lost shipments, return shipments, develop a close relation with courier as well as answer patient inquiriesPrepare data-based reports for managerial useUpdate local CRM and ensure customer's data is always updated and correctDevelop and maintain a close partnership with B2B customersCollaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer and patient experienceRequired Knowledge and Experience:Bachelor's degreeFluent Hebrew and EnglishExcel – high LevelInterpersonal communication skillsExperience with power BI - advantageMedical devices / pharmaceutical company experience preferredExperienced working with SAP-mustPhysical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.Benefits & CompensationMedtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits PackageA commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
