While this is an execution-focused role, we provide a clear development path where strategic ownership and independent budget control are introduced progressively as you grow and excel.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the setup, launch, and optimization of paid campaigns across social and native platforms.Assist with creative testing, including ad copy, visuals, formats, and campaign angles.Monitor daily campaign performance and identify trends, opportunities, and issues.Execute structured A/B tests following predefined guidelines and best practices.Help maintain organized campaign structures, naming conventions, and testing documentation.Collaborate with content, creative, and technical teams to improve campaign performance.Support budget pacing and basic optimization tasks under guidance from senior team members.Contribute to performance reporting using Excel or Google Sheets and internal dashboards.RequirementsBasic hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or native advertising networksUnderstanding of core performance marketing metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROIComfortable working with Excel or Google SheetsAnalytical mindset with strong attention to detailStrong communication skills and fluent EnglishHigh motivation to learn and grow in performance marketingAdvantagesExperience with native advertising platforms such as Taboola or OutbrainExposure to creative testing or performance-oriented ad copywritingFamiliarity with performance marketing or traffic-driven business modelsExperience working in an AdTech or performance-focused environment
