The Opportunity:

Excellence in managing customers' orders end-to-end process and providing a high level of service.

In this role you will:

Ensure and be responsible to register and follow up until finalization of all customer orders

Perform all tasks in accordance with customer requirements (date of delivery, quantity ordered, expiry date for the kits, a copy of order in the package, invoice via mail) and Roche Diagnostics standards

Optimize the lead time between customer’s orders and deliveries, informing customers and tracking status of open orders as well as open items from past orders

Represent the company in front of customers and counterparts, documenting and forwarding to the responsible person within the company any issue communicated to be resolved

Take over supply chain duties for the firm and become instrumental in the forward growth of the company. Will coordinate with many other departments to ensure an efficient daily workflow

Be Responsible for price and claim handling as a first point of contact

Support on SAP and system updates implementation as associated e-business solutions

Propose actions in order to reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction

Prepares monthly reports on deadline

Communicate and coordinate with the warehouse in regards of orders and deliveries, preparing dispatch documents for warehouse in accordance with Roche Standards, policies and procedures

Observe and apply the company's quality management policy, the objectives for its fulfillment and the provisions of the approved work procedures/instructions in all his/her daily activities

Who you are:

University degree

3+ years’ previous experience in customers’ service or logistics coordination

Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP MM SD/ APO / BW) and good skills in Microsoft Office

Able to adapt and respond to internal (e.g. priorities) and external changes

Customer oriented

Embraces curiosity/innovation

Listen, empathizes, co-creates

Collaborative, demonstrates sense of urgency and collective ownership

Is able to adapt in a quick pacing and complex environment

Experience in the Israel Diagnostics / Medical Devices / Pharma Markets is a plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to work with different stakeholders, Agile mindset

High level fluency in Hebrew and English
