We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our growing team and help our customers succeed as they onboard to our product. You’ll play a pivotal role in designing and delivering technical solutions that drive customer success, fuel product innovation, and contribute to business growth.

Responsibilities and Impact

Translate customer needs into scalable, secure, innovative solutions aligned with our product offerings.
Act as the technical point of contact for customers, offering proactive support and architectural guidance.
Collaborate closely with product and R&D teams to relay customer feedback and drive continuous product improvement.
Be the first to adopt and test new features, ensuring their reliability and value for customers.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Data Analyst, Customer Success Manager, Solutions Architect, or a similar position with a strong data orientation.
Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven experience in an early-stage startup environment
Experience with accounting and ERP systems - A major advantage
Experience in a customer-facing role in the fintech industry
