We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Process Engineer to join our PQ & Process team in the R&D group. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the development of new products, processes, and technologies, while leading complex technology projects. The candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life and drive technological advancements.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize processes for new product development, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.

Lead the development and implementation of technologies to enhance product performance and manufacturing capabilities.

Lead scale-up activities from lab to pilot and production.

Manage complex technology projects from concept to execution, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.

Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and process validations for new technologies and products.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, manufacturing, and quality assurance, and support qualification of ink performance on printing systems and in applications.

Analyze and interpret data from experiments, pilot runs, and production trials to identify opportunities for improvement.

Plan and execute structured experimental programs, including methodology-driven investigations and data analysis.

Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of process and performance issues.

Serve as a subject matter expert, mentoring and guiding junior engineers while supporting their professional development .

Education:

Master’s degree or PhD in Chemical Engineering.

Experience and Skills:

5 + years of experience in process engineering R&D within the chemical industry, focusing on process development, optimization, and scale-up (NPI).

Strong technical expertise in process design, including hands-on experience with chemical reactors, mixing technologies, and at least one of the following: grinding, dispersing, or precipitation.

Solid understanding of physics principles such as fluid dynamics, rheology, heat transfer, and material behavior.

Proven experience leading complex technological projects and working with cross-functional teams.

Ability to design and execute structured, data-driven experiments, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.

Proficiency in data analysis, statistical tools, and process simulation software.
