.NET Tech Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .NET Tech Lead to join our team.

In this senior technological leadership role, you will be responsible for the development of an advanced mission planning and execution system that integrates the latest technologies into a unified product. *Key Responsibilities:*
* Lead the design and development of a complex distributed system using .NET technologies.
* Oversee and contribute hands-on to the development of software components in C# within the .NET and WPF frameworks.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate algorithms and communication protocols into the system.
* Define, design, and implement software architecture for distributed systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
* Manage and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and project leadership.
* Participate in the planning and execution of development projects, ensuring alignment with business and operational goals.
* Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the system.

*What We’re Looking For:*
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or a graduate of a technological military service.
* At least 5 years of hands-on experience in software development using C#, .NET, and WPF.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical leadership or project management for software development.
* Proven experience in defining, designing, and implementing software architecture for complex distributed systems.
* Strong experience with multithreading/multiprocessing environments.
* Experience in designing and/or developing microservices-based architectures.
* Experience in designing and/or developing cloud-native systems.
